- Only the unflown segment/s of the cash+points booking is eligible for reimbursement. It is not possible to cancel one side trip off the roundtrip reservation. - For Cash + Points tickets, a minimum TrueBlue Points repayment is required. JetBlue shall have the right at any stage before the reservation to modify the minimum level of reimbursement.
